"Yesterday Celeste at the office set of a chain of events that changed my circumstance in a way only she could do. I called because I’ve had a jeep waiting at the dealership for a replacement part for 5 weeks. I was hoping my insurance coverage would pay for a rental car. Celeste informed me it wouldn’t. She listened to my frustrations — waiting endlessly for a part that’s on nationwide back order with no end in sight (we were 400th in line in the US!). I’d been hunting all over the internet and only had 3 “wrong” parts to show for it. At the end of our call, Celeste was so kind and said, “I’m going to pray for you.” This stopped me in my tracks because I’d just prayed before our call and confessed to Celeste I hadn’t been trusting God these past 5 weeks. Celeste then offered the name of a parts wholesaler she personally uses. (“Just in case they can help.”) I called them. The employee was kind and spent a lot of time with me even through he knew he didn’t have the part in stock. But he did give me some helpful hints and some part numbers that might work depending on certain specs I’d have to research. After finding the specs I entered the new “super secret” part number into eBay and got a hit - a parts dealer in CT. I called the company because I couldn’t believe it was the right part. That employee said she never sells the part I wanted to anyone because only a few Jeeps used it . . . but she said she’d pray for me! She spent an extra 15 minutes on the phone asking for pics of my engine. She determined the part was right and sent it overnight delivery. Today I drove the part to the dealer and it fit! I got my Jeep back! This long journey would still be unending if not for Celeste’s kindness and dedication. Her ability to read my mood, to empathize and to care is something you can’t teach. I’m so grateful to her and to God for crossing our paths!"
